This week, we asked you, our readers, to send in your Love Notes, telling us what you love about Pico. We received 5 notes; thank you to those who sent in their photos and submissions.
Our fifth note is by RMG~Acid Burn, a precocious young acquaintance of Peggy's who has her own Ruby Moon Girls fan group and likes the finer things in life.
There are two things that I like about Pico: combat boots and Go Go (my puppy).
I love combat boots - even in real life - and I really like the pet thing. I finally get to have my own on Pico. » Visit RMG~Acid Burn's Ruby Moon Girls blog

Our fourth note is by Ora18, who has submitted her writing to us many times. She's a great friend to the Picostyle team ... and it shows!
What I love MOST about Pico, is the wonderful people playing it! Yes, there might be some trolls trollin', but all-in-all some great people are playing Pico!
You must admit, that you probably have a Pico family! My friends here on Pico differ in ages and personalities ... but they are STILL AMAZINGLY AWESOME. I mean, seriously. They're the kind of people that will give up their whole lives, just to let YOU live!
Over the year, I have met so many amazing people! Even though I don't have 100 buddies, I think the 60-something make up the open spaces.
I just want everyone to know, that my favorite part about Pico is my friends! ❤ you, bb's.

Our third note is by Nisha, who enjoys coming home to surprises.
What I love most about my Pico life is when I log in and - viola! - there's food someone left for me in my room. Sometimes it is a door to a ton of questions: 'Who left that lollipop on my table?', 'Was it someone on my Buddies list?', 'Was it a secret admirer?', 'DID HAPPY OLIVER COME INTO MY ROOM?!'. Some things I'll just never know. Oh Ameba, you have such wonderful mysteries.
P.S. To whoever left 3 of those heart lollipops on my furniture: thank you very much. ❤

Our second note is from Jean Royal, writer for Pico Life who is no stranger to submitting his thoughts to Picostyle. It's apparent that Jean is a shopaholic. Are you the same?
What I love in Pico is the variety of purchasable "stuff". I am sure almost all Picos have shopped until they dropped ... and ... why? Because everyone wants to spice up their look with unique items!
It's such a horrible thing to still be a Newbie and not have enough Gummies, Tokens or AmebaGold to buy clothes. I think 90% of the first 1,000 Gummies most people use first are used to buy clothes (in my case it's 100%).
Every item has different colors. It's totally impossible to find Picos wearing the same outfits (unless it's done on purpose).
I check everyday in hopes to wear the first brand name T-shirt or color trainers.
It's very unlikely that anyone can save up to 20,000 Gummies without spending ANY!
Trying not to buy furniture or color blocks is the same story. I actually tried to count the number of color blocks (not including special time travel-them blocks) and I counted more than 150 different blocks! I remember when I started Pico in November 2010 and there were only square and triangle blocks! Now we have the round, round edged, pyramid, clear, with flowers
I think it's great that each week - sometimes every day - new clothes and accessories, blocks and furniture are released. Shouldn't we all be grateful? Well, I am.
Another good thing to consider is that we have Quests. I don't know if Pigg has Quests yet, but were we were definitely the first to get them. I hope there's a new Quest in the plans so that we get rewarded with hot items. :D
Pico has now become (almost) as fun as Pigg and we should all give a round of applause to Ameba!
This week, we asked you, our readers, to send in your Love Notes, telling us what you love about Pico. We received 5 notes; thank you to those who sent in their photos and submissions.
Our first note is by Caмbria, one of the writers from Blogout sent in her informative and humorous thoughts.
It's February, a love month. This season we celebrate romance with our loved ones, friends and even with our family. We go out, eat, watch films, visit romantic places, drink, dance - you name it - and, of course, to share the fun, we take photos.
In real life, we share our photos by uploading it on a social networking site, tag friends, post on walls and done. Here in Ameba Pico, photos aren't just being shared to your friends, we can share it to everyone who likes the game and we can even enter our photos to a contest.
That's what I love about being a Pico, we get a chance to show off our playful yet creative minds to everyone in a cute and virtual way.
Since the developers of Ameba Pico are currently having a "Romantic Valentine's Day Photo Contest", why not stretch your Ameba Pico experience. Don't think twice. Jump at the chance to express yourselves by entering.
Sound's easy right? But it's not as easy as it seems. For the contest judges to notice your photo you have to be unique and original. You have to show extraordinary concepts, perfect photography angle and clear shots. You have to find perfect timing and areas for your photos. You don't want other Picos to be your photo background. Take a look above at animated Photo #2 of some Picos who had a tough time taking their perfect shots.
See? It's not that easy. But if you push through with your determination, you'll make it. Just keep the faith, be patient and work hard. Just think of the prize. You might be in the first 10 and get the initial 500 AG plus an afro wig prize ... and you'll have the chance to win more if you'll make it to the final screening! Sounds cool, right?
So what are you waiting for? Get that creativity out of yourselves. Submit your entries and "break a leg"! :)
I have changed my avatar so so many times, but I am partial to picking special mouths for my Pico. I particularly adore the kissyface lips and snaggle-tooth mouth. Whatever you call them, you can find them on Picos everywhere.
Snaggle-toothed Peggy in Pigg!
Rockin' out snaggle-tooth style~
Kissyface seems unamused.
Ayuboy serenading a fellow kissyface
I'm not sure why I love these so much, but they're just adorable. Perhaps because they're so unrealistic is what makes them so attractive. "You got a purty mouth..."
Everyone has chosen so many good things to love, and I agree with all of them.
There are many things I love about Pico. Some of those things have already been mentioned by our resident and guest writers - like friends, fun, and photography.
One thing that really stands out in my mind these days is a particular World Community Park.
Though Peggy dragged me to Japanese Park on a few occasions, it never really clicked to me how unique these parks are. Maybe it was because I was multi-tasking and was distracted by other things.
I didn’t truly take in the atmosphere of the parks until the turn of the New Year. I began spending more and more time in Japanese Parks; probably hanging out there 3 or 4 times a week.
Other parks are great, but there’s something unmistakable about the one created to attract Japanese-speakers.
In Japanese Parks ...
Native Japanese speakers put "Sorry, I don't speak English" (or some other variation) in their profiles as a courtesy message. How polite!
There is usually a generous Pico who will graciously share their yummy foods - regardless of whether they speak your language or not. So hospitable!
You barely have to enter the room before you start receiving props. I can feel the love!
Many of the people who prop you will then ring your room. It's amazing!
How great it that?!
Of course, I could not forget the social factor. I often bump into people I know there. I see Happy Clover, that devilishly handsome dude, there all the time ... but he's usually AFK. What a tease. I have also come across Peggy there, and @nom2, chikemuri, Cholo, Gem Rock, Pinkerton, Rayna Skye, sweet_mom, ten.ten. and others. Come to think of it, why haven't I seen Ayuhime there yet? It's always nice to bump into someone you know.
I may even end up talking to new people and making a new friend. Fortunately, I've met some really cool people in Japanese Park too, including [aNm]*Shamps™ and Rex_A who I recently wrote about.
Sometimes, after I have gone on a hunting expedition for Profiles I will see someone that we featured (and poked a little fun at) in a Japanese Park! Always at a Japanese Park. Then, I "fan" them; I run up to them and say "OMG! I saw you on a blog!". It's a good conversation starter. That's how I met the funky fresh <MissLindaK>, the jovial aleちゃん and the genteel MissSovereign. All of them were very good sports when I teased them about their quirky profiles.
Of course, naughty Picos do visit Japanese Parks. But people just seems to ignore them. 'Aint it grand?
The bottom line is ... I love the atmosphere of these Parks. Thank you to those who hang around and keep this good natured spirit going.
There's fun to be had at Japanese Parks. Why not visit? Bring a friend. I'm sure you'll love it.

Internet love seems to spread worldwide like virus*. I often see young people type in “need bf/gf” in at Parks and room events. Most of them are not serious about it, but some do find true love through it. Take me and Cholo (Pico ID: ♠»ßôŠž@[ChOLo]), for example. I would like you to consider our story; one of the fairytales of love found while surfing the internet (particularly in Ameba Pico).
I was on my fifth month of a “No Boyfriend Contract” for a year that I made with God. Cholo was brokenhearted and searching for love.
It was summer break and I was looking for things to do and so I joined Ameba Pico. I used to just add random people as my Buddies and many bombarded me with whispers. Some were looking for friendship, others for a girlfriend. Most of the time I ignored or removed them.
Cholo was one of those random buddies.
One day I had a question about the buttons in my pet's profiles, so I asked him “How many buttons does your panda have?” not knowing he used to be my buddy. I didn’t know that he already had "eyes" for me. After I asked him my pet question he didn’t waste the chance to talk to me and be friends.
Cholo and I talked about anything and everything from that day forward and I started to like him. He’s a gentleman and he’s sweet. He would contact me and make hanging out with me his priority, putting other things on the backburner. Cholo even said he would wait for my "No Boyfriend Contract" to be over and wanted to join in. He just wanted to stay around and spend time with me as friends.
After a few weeks, I started to feel strange about him; I was getting used to him and thought I was falling for him. So I had to make a choice between my contract with God and my love for him. I asked him for "time-out" - no conversation for a week - so I could make up my mind.
For days, I prayed and asked God for answers. Then I thought I should share the real love I knew from Him and be a blessing to other people. Soon, I found myself confessing to Cholo that I couldn’t take it, and I don’t want to lose him. I took a risk ... and now, I am glad I did.
Five months has passed and our love is stronger than ever.
This past Christmas was so special for both of us. We met for the first time in person! Cholo and I introduced one another to our families and we took lots of pictures. For Christmas he and I walked hand in hand and hugged each other tight.
This February, we’ll be on our seventh month together, and everyday of it I am thankful that I gave love a chance. It doesn’t matter where you find love - it may it be in a cafeteria or on the internet - as long as it is blessed by God, has lots of love, respect and effort, it will work.
I am happy to find true love with Cholo, and I don’t care if anybody raises his eyebrows for this, because I know in my heart that I found it and I’ll be keeping it for years to come.

What do I like about Pico? To be honest, I rarely ever login, only when Catero threatens me and forces me to do it.
I never got hooked on Pico like the rest of my friends, but I'll tell you what I DO love about it anytime I do end up logging in. I love that everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am still what you would call a "newb" to Pico, even though I registered almost a year ago (it will be 1 year as of March 2011). The past few days wherever I traveled and whatever quests I did, I always found someone willing to help me out and show me the ropes - a lot of them also offered friendship.
There seems to be quite a strong community and everyone is working together. So even if people had already completed the Star Book stars for meeting the Legend of Chaulin in China or watched the fire dancers on Sunset Beach, they still took a few moments of their time to help me be able to do that as well.
I have been travelling all over Pico during the past week - more than I have in the whole time since I first registered - and I met some really helpful people. I don't remember everyone's names but I wanted to say "thank you" if you're reading. You make me want to explore Pico more and meet more people.
Wishing you a Happy Valentine's Day on Monday, everyone! ❤

Hi, everyone! I'm ten.ten. and I’ve been a citizen of Pico for around 7 months. Despite the fact that Gacha often leaves me Gummie-less and Premium Gacha has little no mercy on my Pico wallet, I have found many things to love about Pico!
I'm from a fairly small city and even though I'm usually shy, Pico has allowed me the opportunity to meet friends from around the globe. The diversity and friendliness found on Pico is amazing! It can be 3 o'clock in the morning and there will be someone online who is ready to make a friend!
I have had the chance to meet Picos from Japan, Mexico, Sweden and even Saudi Arabia! Being a language buff I've also been able to try out my Japanese and even learn a few words of Italian!
There are many ways to make friends in Pico. Hosting events, attending events, and taking a stroll through the various Pico Parks/Communities are a few. I must say that eye-catching outfits and pets are great ice breakers as they've led me to many great personalities!
Having a Pico buddy doubles the fun and has me coming back daily for the chance at meeting someone from halfway around the world! Extend a hand and there will most likely be someone there to meet you halfway. Not to mention making friends are FREE - Ha! Take that Gacha!

Hello, Picostyle readers! This is sweet_mom from Pico Perfect coming today to share with you a few words from my heart. Some of you might still remember me from when I started my blogging career here on Picostyle.
February, the month of LOVE, is the perfect time to share with others what we love the most about Pico. What I enjoy the most is meeting all the wonderful Picos I encounter everyday. I especially like taking their pictures.
I have become a true Pico photography fanatic! I even have my own Flickr Photostream to share the snapshots I've taken.
Everywhere I look, I find the perfect photo opportunity by noticing beautiful and interesting Picos - either by their look, their pose or a moment they may be having. And, of course, I couldn't forget my passion for taking snapshots of well-designed rooms. I write about them on my blog on my "Rooms, Sweet Rooms" posts.
Pico photography has become my passion and every single photo I take, gives me great pride. Capturing those special moments forever is something we can all appreciate. Remember, a photo lasts forever ... even in Pico.
So, my Pico friends, why not grab your camera, get out there and shoot a photo of something eye-catching that you see and experience in Pico. You might discover your love for the hobby of Pico photography. Maybe you'll even start your own Pico photo gallery with Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa, imgur or another free photo sharing service.
'Til next time, wishing you lots of hugs and chocolate candy kisses!

I’ve being thinking and thinking, what it is the thing that I really LOVE the most about Pico … and I finally decided to write something simple.
I don’t know how, but PICO ... it’s magic. I've found interesting people here and I’m happy to say that some of them are real friends.
I love to pass my time with them, singing, laughing, talking about whatever - other Picos (hehe!), life, weather, incoherencies, etc.! XD
Sometimes I just log in for filling up my Gummies bar, but when I have time I like to spend time with the interesting people I have met here. :3
I have fun in Pico. It feels a little like being at home, perhaps. That’s what I love a out Pico; passing good time with good people. :3
