More Hitler? Really?

Avatars: .Adolf Hitler
What did I say about the mustache, people?

There is something eerie about Pico that makes people want to clone themselves into Hitler. It's so wrong that one of history's greatest monsters is a kawaii character. It's just not a good visual. Hitler + LOLspeak = No!

Just as Peggy seems to have a knack for finding Jesuses ... I seem to be stuck with bumping into Hitlers.

The most chilling part of seeing a "Hitler" in a cartoony social game is context. As .Adolf Hitler tries to win over the Pico masses in Park Pond 1 as he once did at the Nuremburg Rallies (this time with jumping and dancing as opposed to impassioned propaganda) with his Pico version of Eva Braun, ❤Cutesygal, the Führer gets asked a burning question by one of the most unobservant dingbats ever.
(15:16) .Adolf Hitler: so bored >.<
(15:16) ❤Cutesygal: same here
(15:16) .Adolf Hitler: hmm
(15:17) .Adolf Hitler: i was teaching school i was so bored earlyer
(15:17) .Adolf Hitler: yay for knowing history ^-^
(15:17) ❤Cutesygal: lol
(15:17) Hollowii: u 2 2gether or something?
(15:17) ❤Cutesygal: just friends
(15:17) .Adolf Hitler: ==>
The real Adolf would have sent that nosy heffer straight to Auschwitz for her insolence.

Pico Cribs #4

Spaces: KI3** (LG)
If ever a room was inspired by the song Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows this is it. Everything that's wonderful is sure to come your way when ... well ... your room looks like its previous tennants were the Teletubbies.

Liza with a "zee"

Avatars: Queenity
Ladies and gentlemen, yes, you guessed it, Liza Minelli is a fan of Pico ... and as you can see from the photo above, her eyebrows are as fierce as ever.

Even stranger, my friends, was the fact that Minelli look-al-like, Queenity, bumrushed me with exclamations of how pleased she was to meet a black person (the person behind the avatar is a beautician from Spain ... where there are no black people ... ever ... apparently).
Avatars: Queenity (WTF Buddy Request)
Queenity: are you black?
Catero: i consider myself to be more brown
Queenity: i have never met a black before! be my friend!!!
Minelli's carbon copy got jungle fever as quick as the real Minelli drops her hubbies.

Stranger still was the fact that, despite her love for those of the darker persuasion (see her friend request to the right), she cussed out a brown-skinned avatar that asked her for props.

Just as erratic in Pico as real life, Liza.

Pico Cribs #3

Pico Stylers.
Peggy here, with fellow Pico-Styler and friend Catero saying, "Hi!" and bringing you this week's edition of Pico Cribs! Remember those kid beds that looked like cars? I always thought it would be kinda cool if my brother had one when we were kids (I would have secretly played in it when no one was looking) but check this out!

Pico Cribs.
choco-mint's Room

choco! You're giving me a chance to live out my dream ;x Next, we have MeiFang's four story pad. Being in this room makes me hungry... first two stories, living space... 3rd and 4th... food storage area? She's saving for quite a rainy day and has organized it rather nicely! I love how she has put up a dividing block wall to separate her kitchen space. I LOVE IT. I kind of want to try to replicate my own version of this in my room. <3

Pico of the Week(o)! - Aryoichi

For my very first Pico of The Week(o)! I am choosing to introduce you to my new friend, Aryoichi, the politically savvy, ex-emo computer student from Jakarta, Indonesia.

We met in the middle of the street in NYC. I was immediately attracted to his styling fashion sense and rushed over to see if he spoke English and was older than 12 ( a difficult feat sometimes). After exchanging Props, and ASL, we exchanged buddy requests and sat in the street for a chat. It's a good thing virtual NYC doesn't have virtual taxi cabs or we would have been Pico Pancakes.

Aryoichi is 22 years old, tech savvy and uses Pico to meet people from all over the world and practice his English with them. He works in multimedia, creating animation and flash, but hopes to one day be finished with school because studying sucks and honestly, life after school is MUCH better donchathink?

We stopped by his house to check out his progress, he's only logged into Pico a handful of times so the cupboard was pretty bare, but it was totally bachelor pad chic.

Street Fashion!

Pico:
Pico. Pico. Pico. Pico. Pico. Pico.

Pigg:
Pigg. Pigg. Pigg. Pigg. Pigg. Pigg.

Must Haves:

1. An accessory to carry. Whether you're browsing the flea markets in Pico or going to worship at the temples in Pigg. Everyone's carrying. It seems that the most popular hand accessory is the plush animal. One person went as far as to wear the same shirt as the plush they were carrying <3 I approve! Hopefully, Ameba will provide a larger variety of plushy friends for my Pico comrades... as much as I love NY, I want a HELLO KITTY!

2. Head Gear. An outfit is just not complete without something on your head. These folks have layered and some of them have even layered upon layer some head bling. My favorite combination, the hat over ear muffs.
