Oh, hello. Did you miss me? It seems like such a long time since I've updated! Along with talking about the usual new additions to Pico, I always enjoy doing at least one other "fun" update every week. Today, I decided I'd do another installment of Pico Cribs... Pinkerton style. And, this time around, a few of my very good friends decided to venture out along with me.
Like last time, I'll be putting the owner's name directly under the picture of their room. If you are curious and want to visit the rooms yourself, simply copy and paste the name into the buddy search on Pico.
Room Owner: Lukinas
This has to be one of the most creative rooms I've come across on Pico. The best part? This dragon is created entirely out of blocks. I actually stumbled upon this room a couple months ago, back when there was a large castle being attacked by a dragon. Now, though, Lukinas has expanded his room and completely dedicated it to housing this mythical creature. When you muster up the courage and climb higher, you will see this:
Notice the little house? That was one of the prizes for the last room contest. He certainly deserves it. We aren't done yet, though. When you hop on over to the 2nd room...
... you'll be greeted by a large zombie. Who thought we'd ever be able to simulate and prepare for a zombie apocalypse on Pico? I certainly didn't, and that's what makes this so great.
Room Owner: Risader Baloo
Yet another exceptional use of blocks. Visiting this room is like falling down the rabbit hole all over again. Here, you will see two familiar characters and a table for your very own tea party.
There's a whole lot to enjoy about this room, but even the small detail of the way the table is angled is a nice touch. The fun doesn't stop there. You can climb up onto these gigantic characters (and tree) as well!
Room Owner: mako chan
Okay, you may be noticing a theme with my picks this time around... and honestly, I didn't even realize it until I started writing this update. Yet again, here's a room which showcases a creative use of blocks! The way this giant TV portrays depth is pretty incredible. I've always enjoyed how the moon reflects on the waves, too. Be sure to visit this room often, though, because the 'channel' is constantly changing to something different!
When you climb higher, you will see this sunflower portrait...
... which is, as you could've guessed, excellent for taking pictures in!
Room Owner: Sei-
Hey, no one said all of these rooms had to be classy or fancy. Sometimes a large toilet is enough to entertain you for hours on end. At least the over-sized toilets, anyways. Jenno and I figured our newest actions could be put to good use here. As for Ora, I think you can use your imagination and fill in the blanks. If you are brave enough, that is. At the very least, this now answers the question of where our Picos go when they have to... well, go.
I really want to thank chike, jenno, Gem, Rayna and Ora for coming along with me. I found that these particular rooms are best experienced with friends, so be sure to bring some along with you if you can.
I'm glad you found these rooms-each one is so creative. It's really amazing what Picoers do with blocks, don't you think? Also, that poop picture...poor Ora ;_;
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the room with the TV!
ReplyDelete@chike - Yeah, it is pretty amazing. Sometimes it makes my block skills feel inadequate. As for Ora, she asked for it! Literally.
ReplyDelete@ayu - The TV room is definitely one of the most creative I've seen, although I noticed there are now some people who have taken that idea and done their own spin on it. And, even if the idea wasn't originally his either, what he's done is still great.
Awesome rooms! Thy must put in so much effort!
ReplyDeleteThe Toilet toom is amazing haha XD
